What's your stress culprit?

Here are some of the top causes of stress:

  • Parenting
  • Work and Family Balance
  • Financial
  • Health
  • Lack of sleep
Today, I will have to say Lack of Sleep is my stress culprit.  I have a hugely horrible habit of going to bed late and waking up early.  I plan to go to bed early tonight, and I hope I can stick to my plan.  I think I have said this every day this week so far and have not gone to bed before 1AM any of the nights.  This is a perfect example that tackling stress requires discipline - you have to say you are going to do it and follow through!  All talk = no gain!  Now that my plan is in writing the stakes are even higher. I got this!
