You should laugh daily...
When I got this Hallmark card from my good friend, we laughed continuously for at least 30 minutes. We walk almost everyday and often we stumble upon a word that she may pronounce one way and I may say another. With me being from Northern Florida/Southern Georgia, it is very common. Is Data, DAY-TA or DAT-TA? You may not have a friend that you can exercise and giggle with daily, but nonetheless, you have to find ways to laugh. I once met a lady that said she just starts laughing for no reason at all; hmm.. I may feel a little weird doing that. Laughter heals. On days when all you want to do is cry, laugh instead. Whether it is a loss of a love one or just a difficult time, think about all the wonderful times and laugh. There are so many great memories we forget about when we are caught up in a moment or a decision. It is important to think about the good
and LAUGH. I have been married for 19 years, and I wish I could say it was "as easy as pie". Our marriage has its daily challenges and tests, but one truly defined characteristic of our journey is laughter. When I'm mad at my husband, I hide his keys - just kidding, but our frequent pranks and moments spent reminiscing do lighten the load. Sometimes laughter just happens - a random joke or something you see pop up in your Facebook feed. You can also initiate it. Play a favorite funny movie, like "Christmas with the Kranks". On another thought, did you know there is an online university that specializes in laughter? YEP, that tops it all, and there are many different organizations that use laughter for therapy! Here are some of my favorite quotes from LOU, www.laughteronlineuniversity.com:
