You do not have to download a million apps or be the most tech savvy person in the world to run a business effectively.  Have you ever considered using the tools in your Google account?  Spreadsheets, email tools, calendars, sites, and docs are some powerful ways small businesses can share data instantaneously.  The coolest part is that you can share with other people or employees through links without sharing passwords.  Also, you can make real time changes without emailing and renaming files.  You can even sync your account with your computer, cell, and other devices to stay up-to-date no matter where you work.

Tip #1 - Using Google spreadsheets - Setting up multiple pages in one spreadsheet and sharing them with your team can help you manage multiple items like inventory, customer transactions, and supplies conveniently. 

Tips #2 - Make multiple calendars.  Color code them so you can prevent double booking or manage your appointments around soccer games and football practice.

Tip #3 - Not many people use this, but google sites are awesome tools for building content pages that you do not want to house on your website.  You can create quick messages or share personal pictures without using coding.  They remove the need to edit your website code for sharing a temporary message.
